The hotel felt like a spaceship with its bold white room walls and a bathtub placed right in the room, clean and comfy. The free tickets to La Perle added to the amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting via phone, making the stay feel lovely and spotlessly clean.
The hotel rooms were really beautiful but made of poor materials, dirty, cracked, falling off, chipped, you name it. The breakfast offering was poor, and I had a frustrating experience with the staff during a show time mix-up.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a marvelous view of the Dubai canal, making it truly special. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. The location, although not perfect, was very convenient for exploring the city. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially with the delightful breakfast experience at Level 7 restaurant courtesy of the fantastic hostesses Sanae, Emmah, and Iris. The rooms were well equipped and beautifully designed with a peaceful view of the outdoor pool. Despite some noise issues reported by other guests facing the street, my room was a comfortable haven.

The service was exceptional, the room on the 26th floor had a breathtaking view of the sea, and I even received a discount from the concierge to see the amazing Laperle showcase. Everything was sparkling clean, making it a memorable experience. However, there was a minor issue with water flooding in the room due to a clogged shower drain.

While the service lacked basic courtesy at times, they made up for it with a warm and welcoming attitude. The location is perfect for exploring Dubai, with easy access to key areas. The dining experience was delightful with an extensive spread and top-notch service. Overall, a great choice with some minor service issues.
